Veiled Chaise is the debut artwork by Linda Boronkay in collaboration with Charles Burnand Gallery. This piece is the embodiment of Boronkay’s approach to design and personal aesthetic; elegant, powerful, raw and emotive. Captured in white bronze with a relief that Boronkay, hand-crafted herself, Veiled Chaise, celebrates both masculine and feminine forms. The fluid movement of fabric appears to be draped over a stronger, solid form with the sensual silk velvet accentuating the contrast, androgyny and harmony that is synonymous with Boronkay’s design aesthetic.
