Corallo" serves as a symbolic representation that goes beyond mere ostentation; it strives to communicate a poignant message concerning the vanishing of its namesake, the sea corals, which are succumbing to pollution-induced extinction. This chandelier, comprised of four luminous bulbs, emerges from a profound aspiration: to reimagine the dynamic between humanity and the environment. This reimagining entails a rediscovery of this relationship in a more profound and interconnected manner—a true symbiosis. Here, human needs intertwine with the identities of the creatures-objects encircling us, giving rise to an innovative and eco-sustainable ecosystem. This ecosystem adeptly mirrors environmental requirements without forsaking aesthetics.
The lamp's construction employs the traditional technique utilised in Viareggio for crafting carnival floats.
