    Three layers of Murano glass give a unique appearance both when illuminated and turned off. The inner piece is opaque white, which diffuses the light from the bulbs behind. The grey piece is the largest an covers the width of the piece, hooking over the opaque diffuser. The final piece is backed with gold leaf giving an iridescence during the day. The sides of the sconce are enclosed with frosted glass.
