Imprint is an organically shaped bronze sculpture that evokes the forms of bone and stone. Natural voids and hollowed-out spaces run through the piece, creating a sense of visual permeability while alluding to the hidden cavities within living organisms. The sudden intrusion of a horizontal surface into this flowing form generates a sculptural tension reminiscent of minimalist intervention. This encounter between the linear and the curved, the man-made and the natural, the functional and the sculptural, results in a precarious equilibrium. Imprint hovers between opposites—presence and absence, utility and abstraction—offering a quiet yet powerful moment of contradiction.
